These websites are run by EduSoulX, Maharashtra, India. We offer the EduSoulX educational tablet, Munja AI and VidyaUpasna LMS.

Using the website

You may use the website to learn about our products, to send an enquiry and to pay for an order. Please do not misuse the website, send false information or try to harm it.

Products and information

We try to keep the product details correct and up to date. Specifications can change. Some pictures on the website are illustrations. The details in your quote or invoice are the final details for your order.

Prices and payment

• The price depends on the number of tablets and the products you choose. We give it in a quote. See the Pricing page.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Taxes are shown in the quote or invoice.
• You can pay online through our payment gateway, or by another method that we agree with you.
• You may pay the full price or a booking advance, as written in your quote.
• An order is confirmed when we receive your payment and confirm the order to you.

Delivery, cancellation and refunds

Delivery is explained in the Shipping and Delivery Policy. Cancellation and refunds are explained in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Warranty and support

Every tablet comes with a warranty card. The warranty terms are written on the card. If a tablet has a problem in the warranty period, our team repairs or replaces it. Support is available on phone and WhatsApp, 9:30 am to 6:00 pm.

Munja AI and VidyaUpasna LMS

• The logins are for the school, teacher, student or parent they are given to. Please do not share them with others.
• A plan is valid for the period you have paid for.
• Munja AI gives answers and study material to help learning. Teachers and parents should guide students in its use.

Our content

The names EduSoulX, Munja AI and VidyaUpasna, and the text, pictures and software on these websites, belong to us or to their owners. Please do not copy or use them without written permission.

Limit of our responsibility

We work to give you a good product and service. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Law and disputes

These terms follow the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts at Nashik, Maharashtra.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will put the new version on this page with a new date.
