Refund and Cancellation Policy

This page explains how you can cancel an order with EduSoulX and when you get your money back.

Cancelling before dispatch

You can cancel your tablet order at any time before we send it (dispatch). Call or WhatsApp us on 9860560092 with your name and order details.

If you cancel before dispatch, you get your full money back. This is the same for a full payment and for a booking advance.

After dispatch or delivery

After the tablet is sent or delivered, the order cannot be cancelled and the money is not refunded.

If the tablet has a problem in the warranty period, our team repairs or replaces it, as written on the warranty card.

Damaged or wrong item

Please check the tablet when you receive it. If it arrives damaged, or it is not what you ordered, tell us as soon as you receive it. We will repair or replace it.

Munja AI and VidyaUpasna LMS plans

You can cancel a Munja AI or VidyaUpasna LMS plan before your logins are activated, and you get your full money back. After the logins are activated, the fee for the period you paid for is not refunded.

If we cannot deliver

If we are not able to deliver your order, we return the full amount you paid.

How refunds are paid

• Refunds are paid to the same payment method that you used.
• We send the refund within 7 to 10 working days after the cancellation is accepted.
• Your bank may take some more days to show the amount in your account.
